I recently spent a day out with my family at Wet Water Resort, and while we enjoyed the pool area and nearby music, the service could be improved. The welcome experience was confusing, and the lunch buffet left much to be desired. Despite this, the ambiance around the pool was enjoyable, and the resort has the potential for upgrades.

My stay at Wet Water Resort had its ups and downs. While the staff, especially Mr. Dilshan, provided exceptional service that made us feel valued, the initial confusion with our room booking was quite disappointing. The location near the pool was enjoyable, but the dining experience fell short during our visit. Overall, it's a lovely resort, but certain aspects, especially dining and initial check-in service, need improvement.

However, once settled, we enjoyed great service from Mr. Dilshan, who went above and beyond to assist us. The food was impressive, but it seems there's room for improvement with other facilities and customer service efficiency. Overall, while we loved the food and Mr. Dilshan's hospitality, the check-in process and some discrepancies in billing could be improved.
